The Titanic Quarter Belfast Visit

Finally the Titanic Quarter has got what can be called a building of landmark quality, after years of looking like just another bland and boring business park this is very good news for the project. The striking 4 winged colossuses exterior is said to replicate the feeling of standing under the bow of the Titanic.  I was standing quite far back from the structure and I have to say that the building is much larger and striking in person than I would have ever expected. Lets just hope it is all finished in time for the centenary of the Titanic in 2012!

Then we will be heading back to the Costa, you might ask why we are back in Northern Ireland, well only one of is, me, but it was my Birthday on the 7th of July and I wanted to spent it with my family & friends! Sadly the weather is not a patch on the Costa but it was sunny today and in the afternoon we were able to have a few drinks, good tunes and BBQ in the sun. Later is well later! Lots of things still in the works, but only so many hours in the day, made worse if you have a tendency to be a bit, well lazy!

Yeah we are still in London, the time now is about 20 minutes to 10pm we are just about to jump in a Taxi and meet up with some friends in Soho for a drink or two. Should be a good night!
